Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center houses a fully accredited, primary care medical facility located on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, 10 minutes East of Pendleton, OR.  We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated FNP or PA as well as a physician to join our full-time, two-provider practice.  We offer a well-staffed, well-equipped clinic, a competitive salary, and an outstanding full-time benefits package.  Come and experience a rewarding practice where the focus is on quality patient care.
